Complimentary Delivery for All Orders Over a Specified Amount

Shipping and Handling

All online orders are dispatched from our designated warehouse using UPS International Ground delivery and generally arrive within 5–8 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after the order has been accepted and processed. A shipping fee applies for orders under the complimentary delivery threshold.
Orders can be delivered to a home or workplace address within the continental U.S. only. Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, UPS pick-up points, hotels, or abroad.

Only one delivery address may be selected per order. If you require shipping to multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed for each.

All orders are subject to customs inspection and if selected, delivery time may be delayed.

To monitor your order status, log into your account and navigate to “Order Tracking.” This will display the latest updates on shipping status and delivery.
