Satisfied or refunded – Our return policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any eligible item for a refund or exchange within 30 days from shipment date. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Shoes should be returned in the original undamaged shoe-box, as this is considered part of the product. How to return an item

  1. Log into your account at kidtrendyshop.com and navigate to “My Orders & Returns”.
  2. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return, and choose whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
  3. Please include your packing slip or printed order confirmation inside the parcel and indicate the items being returned and the reason for return.
  4. Pack the item securely and send it to the return address as instructed during the process.

Shipping costs for your return
Unless otherwise specified, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Unless it is a fault on our part, initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s) and they comply with the conditions of the policy, we will process your refund to the original payment method used at purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or colour of an item, you may request an exchange during the return process. Exchanges are subject to availability — if the requested item is sold out, we will refund you instead.

Gift returns

If the item was purchased as a gift, you may return it under the same conditions. We will process a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

Final sale items

Items marked as “Final Sale” at checkout cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
